Our After Sales Service is a really important part of what we do.
And there are a wide range of people who keep it working. You see, we don’t just sell products. We also help people get as much out of them as possible, whether that means helping someone change their TV settings over the phone or sending out one of our Field Engineers to fix a broken-down washing machine.
It means that we need a lot of different jobs in this part of our business: from Managers to Customer Service Advisors and from Workshop Engineers to Administrators. Many of them are based at our Service Centres, which feature large open-plan offices so everyone feels part of the action. The facilities are pretty impressive too. Each of them has an engineers’ preparation room, complete with technical manuals and CD ROMs, as well as briefing rooms, training rooms and a canteen and rest area.
