Customer Information Support Centre

To make sure our customers are properly looked after, we have two different sites dedicated to handling their enquiries. If you're good on the phone, and enjoy talking to customers, they can be great places to work – friendly and flexible, with a real buzz. And there's no cold calling, which is always nice. The Customer Information Centre is located in Hull. The Customer Support Centre is in Clevedon, just west of Bristol.

Customer Information Centre

We offer several different kinds of opportunity at our Customer Information Centre. As part of Comet Direct, our telephone home shopping team, you'd get to help customers choose and order the right product for them. Or you could join our internet sales team, who process web orders from comet.co.uk and clearance-comet.co.uk. We also have customer service experts offering advice and answering correspondence, as well as a team of 80 people who look after our corporate customers. You could also become a general information advisor, which involves dealing with every imaginable enquiry and directing people to their nearest stores.

Customer Support Centre

When our customers call to find out about their delivery, or to arrange for an engineer to visit them, this is where they come through to. Our customer service advisors handle thousands of these calls every day. As well as logging queries onto the systems, they offer customers excellent service and do everything possible to keep them happy.
