After Sales Service
After sales is a really important part of what we do. You see, we don’t just sell products. We also help people get as much out of them as possible, whether that means helping someone change their TV settings over the phone or sending out one of our field engineers to fix a broken-down washing machine.
We have lots of different kinds of people working in after sales, from managers to customer service advisors, and workshop engineers to administrators. Many of them are based at our new, state-of-the-art service centres, which cover some 10-12,000 square feet apiece and feature large, open-plan offices, so everyone feels part of the action. The facilities are pretty impressive too. Each of them has an engineers’ preparation room, complete with technical manuals and CD ROMs, as well as briefing rooms, training rooms and a canteen and rest area.
