Our stores are by far the biggest part of our business.

And we have a lot of people working in them. This is where you’ll find everyone from Sales Associates and Warehouse Colleagues to Merchandising Coordinators and Store Managers. To ensure our customers always get great service, our stores are open seven days a week. And, to make sure our people are happy too, we offer flexible working hours and both full and part-time roles. So whatever other commitments you have in your life, you should find the hours to suit you here.

It can be a pretty hectic place to work, especially around Christmas, but it’s also a lot of fun. In fact, the energetic pace of our stores is what makes them such great places to work. They’re also very rewarding and people–focused environments – for example our sales team don’t just point customers in the right direction, they engage them in conversation and find out about their needs, before making sure they end up with the product that's right for them.

Plus you'll also be giving them the benefit of your technical knowledge and expertise. But don't worry if that sounds a bit daunting. Our e-learning modules will soon get you up to speed. Besides, you’ll find that you already know a lot more about electricals than you think. And the experience you have of using them (whether it's downloading tunes onto an MP3 player or cooking the Sunday roast) can really help you talk to customers.
