And there are a wide range of people who keep it working. You see, we don’t just sell products; we also help people get as much out of them as possible. Whether that means helping someone change their TV settings over the phone or sending out one of our Field Engineers to fix a broken-down washing machine.
It means that we need a lot of different jobs in this part of our business: from Managers to Customer Service Advisors, Workshop Engineers to Administrators. Most of them are based at our Services Hubs, which feature open-plan offices so everyone feels part of the action. The majority of Engineers are remotely based, so have itineraries and spares sent daily, directly to their home address.
